Athletic ability or interest in climbing is NOT a prerequisite for working at the North Shore Adventure Park. We will place you depending on your interests, skills, and abilities.

Training
Our team is confident and capable in all aspects of their roles before interacting with guests.
Training includes safety protocols, the use of our systems, CPR and First Aid certification, and more. Prior high-ropes or zipline experience is not required but can be a benefit.
Most positions are cross-trained so employees serve in several roles. Applicants should be:

Employee Housing
Employee housing is available within walking distance to the North Shore Adventure Park. The single-family houses are located in Silver Bay, MN and have bedrooms, bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area.
The homes offer a shared living experience with other Adventure Park employees. We host couples in one room, and same-gender singles in double rooms. Monthly rent is about $495, including utilities.

Employment & Compensation
Most positions require applicants to be 16 years or older. Air team members must be at least 18.
We offer competitive compensation and employee perks. Wages start at $14/hr, up to $20/hr based on experience. Employees may earn raises and bonuses based on performance.
We are open Mid-May through late October. Employment options include working for the entire season, or just a portion. The high season is July-Labor Day. From September - October we are only open on weekends. We value employees who can stay with us the entire season, and pay a bonus to those that do.

Employees are expected to work on weekends since that is when we are the busiest.
​
Ability or interest in climbing is NOT a prerequisite for working at the Adventure Park. All jobs are outdoors and we work in all kinds of weather, typically on our feet and moving.

The North Shore Adventure Park is located in Silver Bay, Minnesota. We're in the heart of outdoor adventure on Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior! The popular destination is famous for outstanding outdoor recreation, incredible natural beauty, remote treasures, and a relaxed pace.
Near the park you will enjoy Black Beach Park on Lake Superior, the Gitchi-Gami State Trail for walking and biking, waterfalls and State Parks, lighthouses, amazing ledgerock shoreline, the Superior Hiking Trail and much more.
