Are Reservations Required?

  • Because of Covid-19, reservations are necessary for social distancing and limited park capacity. We allow a maximum of 35 climbers on the aerial trails and zip lines at one time. Please arrive on time.

What If I Don’t Show Up at My Reserved Time?

we can not guarantee that you will be able to climb if you do not arrive on time. Each time slot has limited availability.  We recommend arriving early. There are no refunds or credits given to late arrivals.

No-shows forfeit their ticket. There are no refunds, credits, or extensions given to those that do not show up for their reservation.

What Clothing Should I Wear?

Close-toed shoes are required! No exceptions. Wear fitted clothing that does not hang loose to get tangled in cables and rope. Remove any loose jewelry. Long hair should be tied back.

Are there any age, height, or weight restrictions?

  • Kids under the age of 14 require supervision from the ground, or to be accompanied by an adult on some of the courses. Refer to our Park Rules page for details.
  • Children as young as 3 may climb on the appropriate age/ability level courses. See Park Rules for details.
  • There are no height restrictions.
  • There is an individual weight limit of 265 lbs for each participant

Are High Ropes Courses and Ziplines Safe?

Keeping all of our guests safe is our primary responsibility and something we take very seriously. Participants must follow the safety rules at all times.

Prior to climbing, each participant must watch an instructional video and will be fitted with a harness and a pair of gloves. Park monitors are always on the ground to offer coaching or instructions.

The Adventure Park employs an “always locked on” climbing system, which utilizes interlocking carabiners (safety clips). This innovative safety system virtually eliminates the potential of a climber becoming detached from a safety line while in the trees.

All participants must sign a liability waiver. An electronic waiver will be included with your online purchase confirmation.

What equipment is provided?

A harness and gloves are provided with your admission ticket. New gloves are also available for purchase in the Adventure Store.

Do I Have to be Really Fit?

Most people that are in good health and able-bodied will be able to complete some of the trails. Start on an easier course and work your way up. Proceed at a pace that is comfortable for you. This is a great time to challenge yourself and push yourself beyond your personal boundaries!

If you want to climb with someone that “knows the ropes” hire one of our Climbing Guides.

Is a Ticket Required to Watch?

Friends and family can watch for free!

Is the Adventure Park Open in the Rain?

Yes, we are open in the rain. However, the park closes during severe weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, and high winds. If a small storm system is moving through the area we try to stay open and ask our guests to take a break while the storm passes.

Rain Checks

In the event of a park closure, your time may be extended, or you may receive a voucher towards a future climb that season. There are no refunds.
