Weather Policy, Cancellation,
Changes to Reservation 

You can cancel or change a reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations, but you will receive an account credit for the amount that you paid. Account credits never expire. You may also transfer or gift these to someone else.

Late Arrivals

All guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early. All guests must participate in our safety orientation which starts promptly at your reservation time. When the park is at capacity, late arrivals will be pushed to the next open time slot. If no open time slot is available, you will be issued an account credit to use on another day.

Weather Policy

The Adventure Park is open rain, shine, or cold! However, the park will temporarily close during thunderstorms or high winds. Typically, we pause operations until the storm passes, and then you can continue the activity.

 

If you started an activity but didn't get to finish because the park closed, you will receive a pro-rated account credit.

 

If you choose not to climb due to weather, you may change your reservation time, or cancel to receive an account credit. If the park closes due to weather, we provide a refund. 

 

How to change a reservation

 

  • Pull up your email reservation confirmation

  • Click on the Manage this Booking link

  • You will see a self service page where you can change the day and time of your reservation. This is limited by availability. If you cannot make your preferred change, the par, is either full or closed during that time. 

 

Changes to your reservation may be limited if you have a ticket or account credit that is only valid for certain times (in the instance that you purchased a promotional product at a discount that has restricted times). If you have one of these and want to change to a time that is not included in the promotional period, we can give you an account credit for the amount you paid, forfeiting any discounts. Use the account credit to re-book the times you want.

Account credits are automatically proçessed wien you cancel a reservation. 

 

To get account credit, email us at admin@northshoreadventurepark.com or send a text during park open hours only to 218-316-2316 (this number does not accept calls), and we will process the account credit for you. Provide the name on the reservation and the order number, if possible.

Please note that if you are canceling tickets that included any discounts or added-value items (such as free gloves), those will be forfeited with the cancellation. The account credit only includes the dollar amount that you spent. Account credits never expire.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your reservation your ticket will be forfeited and not refunds or account credits will be offered.
